Service Description
A form of soft tissue treatment used to help resolve a specific condition or problem. After a thorough assessment we will devise a treatment plan to assist you in meeting your health and wellness goals. Your treatment will include a variety of soft tissue techniques including but not limited to: myofascial release, functional release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and sports massage, sports taping, relaxation techniques and stretching. You will also be given ongoing advice or a specific program on stretching, strengthening, restoring balance, stress management and pain management. You will be treated as a unique and whole individual.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will incur 100% of the session fee. Thankyou for respecting our time and commitment to providing personalised care to every client.
